Let yourself be surprised by the Surprise Menu, consisting of 4 to 7 courses from €69.50 per person. This menu includes bread and butter and is adapted to the season. Want to complete the experience? Add a wine pairing for €8.00 per person per course. The Surprise Menu is available for both lunch and dinner. Do you have special requests or dietary restrictions? Let us know and we will find a suitable solution.

The Oyster Box

For 4 to 6 people per box €3.00 per oyster

Discover the salty flavours of the sea with the delicious Oyster Box. The box can be ordered from 12 oysters (a dozen) in up to 2 different flavours of your choice: sea buckthorn, cucumber, and red wine vinegar with shallot. To complete the experience, you can also add a specially selected champagne; just ask for it in the comments of your booking. The oysters are of course already opened, so you can enjoy them straight away!

• Fresh oysters, opened the same day.
• Up to 2 different flavours.
• The flavours are split 50/50. Prefer a different split? Just mention it in the comments.
