About Booy Bakker – A passion for taste and experience
Booy Bakker, born and raised in Callantsoog, discovered his love of gardening, cooking and baking at a young age. This passion grew through his training and work at renowned kitchens such as La Première, Restaurant Hotel Merlet* and De Librije***, where he further developed his knowledge and creative vision.
With BBakker Culinair, he now wants to bring that same passion directly to you and your guests. Whether it is refined amuse-bouches, flavourful dishes or exclusive oysters, every dish is prepared with an eye for detail and a love of flavour. This turns every event, dinner or special occasion into an unforgettable culinary experience.
From kitchen garden to masterpiece
At BBakker Culinair, everything revolves around high-quality ingredients, preferably local and seasonal. Together with his grandfather, he grows vegetables, fruit and flowers in the family garden, where tradition and sustainability go hand in hand. Booy is now the fifth generation to use the kitchen garden to enrich the dishes of BBakker Culinair.

Heerlijke Paasbrunch bij Booy besteld. Dit wordt door hem thuis bezorgd en voorzien van uitleg. Heerlijke verse producten van zeer goede kwaliteit. Zo kun je luxe uiteten in je eigen huis. Een aanrader en voor herhaling vatbaar!

Recent de Amuse Kist van Booy Bakker besteld en tot mijn verbazing een fantastische kist met heerlijke lekkernijen bezorgd gekregen! De kist waar het in geleverd werd was al erg stevig en prachtig om te zien! En dan natuurlijk de inhoud amuses die sterwaardig zijn! Fantastisch! Ik zou snel weer een kist van hem bestellen!
